"Horrible communication with this agency. Whether it is email, phone, or text, they will not communicate at a timely manner. They are not helpful, but they are rude when you do get them on the phone. Their rates are not even that good. Show around, find someone else to get your insurance from. I had to send text messages, emails, phone calls, then a direct message to their account before I finally got some help with my most recent issue. It's ridiculous."
